This page explains what VibeQuant collects when you visit vibequant.com or get in touch, and what we do with it. The short version: we collect your email so we can reply to you, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
When you get in touch, you give us your email address and, if you choose, details about your work, such as your role or a show you're booking.

How we use it
To reply to your message. We use the technical logs only to keep the site running and secure.
Anything you tell us about upcoming shows, holds or deal terms is confidential. We never show it to other users, never use it in anyone else's forecasts, and delete it when you ask.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services that run this site and our email list: [FORM OR EMAIL PROVIDER, FOR EXAMPLE MAILCHIMP] and [HOSTING PROVIDER, FOR EXAMPLE VERCEL]. They can use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until it is no longer needed to reply to you, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@vibequant.com and we'll take care of it within 30 days.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. We don't track you across other websites, so our site behaves the same whether or not that signal is on.
Children
This site is for music industry professionals. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we'll email people on the list before it takes effect.
